Adding a New Template Placeholder

You can add a new template placeholder. A new placeholder can be added and assigned with a new value.

To add a new template placeholder:

1.

Open the Template Placeholders page (Setup > Configuration > Template Placeholders):

From the Template dropdown, select the template , e.g., Audiocodes_C470HD_TEAMS.

Click the Set Value to Place Holder button located in the upper right corner of the screen.

4.

In the 'Name' field, enter the name of the new placeholder.

5.

In the 'Value' field, enter the value of the new placeholder.

6.

In the 'Description' field, enter a short description for the new placeholder.

7.

Click Save; the new placeholder is added to the table.
